STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Statement of Faith for this organization shall be as follows:

God

We believe in one God, the Creator of all things both visible and invisible.  Perfect and Holy God divinely exists in the unity of three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.  God the possessor of sovereign power and limitless knowledge poured His love for the redemption of mankind for Himself.

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man. He is the promised Messiah to Israel and to the world.  He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, was sinless, crucified and buried, but rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and now sits at the right hand of God the Father as High Priest and Mediator.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit glorifies the Lord Jesus Christ in all that He does.  He convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment; regenerates sinners, and those who are baptized in Him into union with Christ are adopted as heirs and children of God.   He guides equip, and empower the children of God to live lives that glories God.

The Bible

We believe that the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, were verbally inspired by God to human authors and were without error in the original text.  The Bible contains God’s complete revelation of His will and the salvation of men and it is the ultimate authority by which men will be judged.

Mankind

We believe that God created Adam and Eve in His image, good and upright.  They sinned when they were tempted by Satan whereby sin entered the entire human race alienating them from God and condemned to eternal destruction.   It is only by faith through God’s grace in Jesus Christ can mankind be saved.

Our Salvation

We believe that Jesus Christ shed His blood and died on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for the sins of mankind. His atoning death and victorious resurrection constitute the only ground for salvation.

Christian Living

We believe that God commands us to love and obey Him and live out our faith with care for one another, compassion toward the poor and justice for the oppressed.  In obedience to Christ’s commission, we are to make disciples among all people, always bearing witness to the gospel in word and deed.

The Church

We believe that the church comprises all who have been justified by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ.  They are united by the Holy Spirit into the body of Christ of which Jesus is the Head.  The Church is manifested in local churches whose membership comprises of believers in Jesus Christ who carry out His commandments: the great commission and ordinances of water baptism and take communion of the Lord’s Supper.

Christ’s Return

We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth personally and bodily.  Only God knows the time but we live in constant expectancy and live godly lives of sacrificial service and energetic mission.

Resurrection to Eternity. We believe that people are saved from eternal condemnation and punishment by repenting and receiving Jesus Christ as Lord.  God will raise the dead bodily, the unbeliever to eternal punishment and the believer to eternal blessedness and joy with the Lord in the new heaven and the new earth.

Our Faith

We believe we are saved by the incomparable riches of God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We are made alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions.  "For faith is not of man minds, but of man's heart. It is not a natural thing but it is a spiritual thing. It is impossible for the flesh or the minds to live by faith, only made it possible in the heart and it is a spiritual force, not a man mental assent." (Romans 8:1-17)

The Believers

We believe that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We are the body of Christ, the church. We are to do our best to create an environment that easily for God's presence to live in us and among us. We are to surrender every part of our life to him and let him get ripped off our old selves and make us a new creation and be one mind with Christ.

Therefore, we have an obligation—but it is not to the flesh, to live according to it, but by the Spirit. We can put to death the misdeeds of the body, so we will live. We are to be in Christ and Christ in us by the keeping of His Commandment, that is, "we are to love God and love one another. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love" (1 John 4:8). The qualification and the foundation for our faith is base on Jesus' question, when He asked Peter, "Do you love me?" When we love God, we have fellowship with one another.

To love God is by reading, studying and listening to the Word and act upon the WORD, through PRAYER, WORSHIP, and FELLOWSHIP with Him daily, and we are doing this in our personal life as well as the body of Christ, the church whenever we get together. After we are saved, the WORD, WORSHIP, PRAYER, and FELLOWSHIP become an integral part of our life. When the church doing well with these four parts, the body of Christ is strong in the faith and witnesses, but when the church fail one or all of these four functions, their love for God is weakening and witness is also cease.
